lol, today was 2.4 km run @ east coast park, and yea, i ran~
actually i have the mc to skip it lol, decided to run in the end ^^
i mean really, painkillers works wonders. i ate one of those and even now, i don't fell tired at all! my body is tired but my legs aren't! it lasts for 24 hrs, and at least i can enjoy heaven without those stupid knee and joint pains...
anw, my position deproved by 2 gahhh. but still okay lah. 11 ^^
